Bamvy Sweeper does not store actual deletion-target data such as call logs, SMS contents, contacts, photos, or documents on an external service server. Deletion is processed on the device.

3. Collection Method

Information may be provided directly by the user during consultation, purchase, device registration, login, support, or migration requests, or generated automatically within the minimum scope necessary for service operation.

4. Retention Period

Account and device registration information is retained until service termination or up to 30 days after deregistration. Shipping information is retained up to 30 days after delivery, and support records may be retained up to one year unless a longer period is required by law.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

Personal information is not provided to third parties unless the user has consented or disclosure is required by applicable law.

6. Service Providers

Some operations such as hosting, authentication, payment, delivery, and support may be handled by service providers where necessary. When such processing occurs, Bamvy Sweeper manages the provider so personal information is handled safely.

7. Google OAuth 2.0

Google OAuth 2.0 may be used for authentication. Email address and basic profile information are used only for authentication and device registration.

8. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent through the official consultation channel. Requests are handled after identity verification in accordance with applicable law.

9. Security Measures

Bamvy Sweeper applies technical and administrative safeguards such as HTTPS, Android Keystore, Google OAuth 2.0, access minimization, administrative access control, log review, and security updates.

10. Deletion Feature

Deletion tasks are processed on the device. One-touch deletion, passphrase-based remote deletion, and Airplane Mode detection deletion operate based on the device-side deletion logic and patent-type proprietary engine design.

If the user separately enables contact backup before deletion, the backup file may be sent to the designated email address only for that purpose. Contact backup email delivery does not operate during Airplane Mode detection deletion because network access is unavailable.

11. Android Device Migration

Android device migration may be supported only at the user's request and with the user's consent. Transferable items and results may vary depending on manufacturer tools, device state, account lock status, and app policies.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The official website is operated for basic page delivery. If analytics or advertising tracking tools are introduced, the relevant notice and opt-out method will be provided.
