Terms of Service
These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Anti-Forensic Mobile Toolkit NULLTRACE and users of the service.
Last updated: December 4, 2025 | Effective date: November 13, 2024
1. Purpose
These terms describe the conditions and procedures for using the Anti-Forensic Mobile Toolkit NULLTRACE service.
2. Service Scope
The service provides professional forensic-aware secure deletion features including one-touch emergency deletion, SMS/message-based remote deletion, Airplane Mode detection deletion, SIM removal detection deletion, app management, screen protection, USB blocking, whitelist protection, update notices, and customer support.
3. Deletion Engine Design
Anti-Forensic Mobile Toolkit NULLTRACE may describe its service as using a patent-oriented proprietary deletion engine design that combines secure-deletion references from international standards with proprietary design principles. Actual behavior may vary depending on device state, permissions, and environment.
4. Use Conditions
Service scope and payment terms are determined by product configuration, consultation, purchase screen, or separate notice. Users must use the service only on devices they own or are authorized to manage.
5. Airplane Mode Detection Deletion
Airplane Mode detection deletion operates only when the user enables the feature in settings. It detects intentional Airplane Mode activation and runs the predefined deletion flow.
Because network access is limited in Airplane Mode, contact backup email delivery before deletion does not operate. Before routine situations such as air travel, the user can disable the feature in settings when needed.
5-1. SIM Removal Detection Deletion
SIM removal detection deletion operates only when the user enables the feature and registers the currently inserted SIM as the protected SIM. If the registered SIM is removed, the predefined deletion trigger may run according to the configured conditions.
Before normal SIM replacement, carrier change, or device migration, the user should disable the feature in settings and register the new SIM afterward. Contact backup email delivery does not run during the SIM removal detection deletion flow.
6. Android Device Migration
Migration from an existing Android phone to a new secure mobile device may be supported only at the user's request and with the user's consent. Transferable items and results may vary depending on manufacturer tools, device state, account lock status, and app policies.
7. User Responsibilities
Users must not use the service for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others. Unauthorized registration or operation of another person's device is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Liability may be limited for damages caused by user configuration errors, device loss or theft, external account locks, manufacturer policy changes, network restrictions, or other causes outside the company's reasonable control.
9. Changes to Terms
The company may revise these terms when necessary and will provide notice through the official site or consultation channel.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the official consultation channel.
